On Behalf of the Board of Governors,
Management & Staff of Mind Builders School, it is my great
pleasure to welcome you to the re-designed website of the school.
It is hoped that the website will provide you with more detailed
information about the school as well as our activities and great
achievement since commencement in 1998.
We do value the individual experience that Mind Builders can
provide and this is the reason why our pupils are usually admitted
at the Reception Class and continue to the Nursery and Primary
classes. As a result of this policy, our teachers get familiar
with the pupils early in life and this is extended to their stay
in the
school in Primary classes. At the heart of our values is the
strong belief that our pupils should receive an education which
not only enables them to reach their full potential academically
but also enrich them physically, morally and spiritually. Mind
Builders has many good qualities.
The very important are being that we assemble a crop of quality
teachers
who from year to year has produced students who are in the
reputable secondary schools and High schools in Nigeria, USA, UK
and Ireland. We are extremely proud of what we have been able to
achieve so far and what we have been able to offer to our pupils
in the term of diversity and creativity and the events and
activities of the past ten years are verifiable testimonies.

MIND
BUILDERS SCHOOL has set for itself a guiding philosophy to adopt a
pro-active early childhood education format that goes beyond mere
literacy skills to cater for all round development of the child.
This is in three folds: the Cognitive Domain which includes mental
knowledge and intellectual ability, Psychomotor Domain which
entails proper development of manual dexterity, excellent body
movement, good gait, sharp reflexes and Affective Domain which
includes personality growth, character formation, values and
attitudes formation.
The Management of MIND BUILDERS strongly believe, like Maria
Montessori, that all children are intrinsically motivated to learn
and they absorb knowledge without effort, when provided with the
right kind of activities at the right time in their development.
